Ok so….  As stated in a few videos I recently got a box of goodies in from a member here. As usual not going to give a name until it is approved by him. I actually have not cataloged the whole thing. I did find a nice E2 Schick that will be going to a new home. There are also several E3’s. Now for todays fun. This was a veddy nice find. If I am remembering correctly it is the Ever Ready Slim-V. Simply the ER version of the GEM Feather Weight. It was made in Great Briton and really is in great shape. I paired it with TOBS Rose and Pashana AS to keep the British flavor going. As expected it gave a veddy nice easy shave. This one will probably stay with me. 

   

Had a great shave with a new to me E2 this evening. The handle is darker then any I have seen. Some how I did not get a picture but I did a video.

1st run with this flat handle single edge that takes an Injector blade with no issues what so ever. Not much info found on this thing. It's a mild shaver but gave a nice comfortable and close shave with attention to angle. Felt like a mild Schick Injector razor. My only affiliation of the following product and company is as a full retail buyer of their product. Other than that I'm not connected to them in any way. When something is good I believe in letting folks know about it and when something is the pits I let folks know about that too.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker. In the AM I have a hot mug of faux Joe roasted grain beverage with half and half and half (Ha Ha! 1 1/2! Too funny. I'm leaving it.) and monk fruit extract to sweeten it. But every once in a while I want a pick me up during the day and that's when I want some caffeine. I recently discovered Ki Tu Super Coffee. They might have different flavors, but I have the mocha. It's clearly a keto beverage with 2 grams of net carbs and I have to tell you, it's absolutely delicious. It has MCT oil, 10 grams of protein, and did I mention delicious? Oh, and 200mg of caffeine.

Today I'm making another loaf of the King Arthur Flour low carb bread and I'm waiting for it to rise. Today in an effort to give it more flavor I used a bottle of wheat lager beer* as the liquid and 18 drops of wheat bread flavor from 1 on 1 flavors. It's the first time I've used this particular flavor... fingers crossed. Maybe I should have warmed the beer, it's taking forever to rise. 

The bread turned out good.

*Yes, I'm aware that it's giving it more carbs. But I sliced it extremely thin and got 19 slices and 2 ends that went to the dogs. The bread is good. What's a beer? 70 carbs? Lets use 100 carbs, and 20 slices. That's 5 carbs per slice and we're on the high side of the estimate. More than I would like but it's one way to give flavor to it. It's still a work in progress.

The Cella Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #1 Silver Tip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the AutoStrop A2 Safety Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

     
Another Lot Purchase came in the other day. Besides 2 Unmentionable  Razors, I was focused on one in particular...This one !!

I gave it the Water, Baking Soda and Aluminum Foil Treatment and then a little polishing cloth work and 10 minutes later...........

I've been wanting to try to make a handle for a Schick E or G. I just couldn't bring myself to destroying a good original handle. Thanks to mayer57619 who sent me this razor head. (It was already missing a handle.) I used a drill press, band saw, table router and lots of hand sanding to make this acrylic/resin handle from a pen blank I picked up at my local Woodcraft.
BTW I'm terrible with razor I. D. Could someone kindly tell me which Schick this is?
