Razor: Shake Sharp MK-1
Blade: Gillette Platinum (4)
Brush: @hembree Delrin
Soap: DC Trismegitus
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Terre D'Hermes Splash
Fragrance: Terre D'Hermes EDT
Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 968

Celebrating Jeff's (jgreenepa) being well enough to post again, so I pull out one of his favorites that he enabled me into finding - The Shake Sharp MK-1 Razor. Danny's Delrin Brush whipped up the creamy goodness to swipe off. Have a great day Folks !!

Where does Jeff post?

(never mind he's everywhere) https://www.atgshaving.com/threads/se-in...ost-341046
Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.

I've been banned from The Shave Den forever, and DFS is boring and dead, I've seen his SOTD pix at ATG but never had any interaction with him.

Razor: G.E. Jones Shake Sharp Mk. II
Blade:  Unmentionable
Brush: Simpson Commodore X2 Best Badger
Pre-Shave: Proraso White
Lather: Shannon's Soaps Indigo Oud
Aftershave: Shannon's Soaps Indigo Oud Aftershave Splash
Additional Care:
Thayers Facial Tonic Witch Hazel Rose Petal
  Imperial Leather Talcum Powder

I am confused as to whether or not this is the Mark 1 model.  Dave's recent video seemed to indicate it was, and it appears to have been made first, according to Mr. Waite's book.   Please correct me if I am mistaken!

Video states MK 1 and 1.5 had Bakelite handles and the cap removal was the only difference. The Gold and Silver handles were MK 2's is my understanding. See post #25 and Wouldn't be the 1st time Waits was wrong.

Thanks for the great info and correction.  I will here-to-fore refer to it as a Mk. 2.

Enjoy your weekend!
