To have a TNNSER printed you go to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3875898 and download 3 files for the base, the cap and the handle. Using those you can print a TNNSER.
To have it printed in clear resin your library would need a special printer that can print in that material.
Which is unlikely. Doesn't hurt to ask though.
