3D Print SE razor - ischiapp - 12-06-2020 In TOST I've seen my first SE made by 3D print. After that, I've been hooked. Thanks to twhite and riverrun, now I've the TNNIBR aka Wabbit. ![]() ![]() ![]() Recently I've found some nice threads about Thingiverse designers. RE: 3D Print SE razor - Wchnu - 12-06-2020 There really are some fun looking printed razors. Thanks for putting that together. RE: 3D Print SE razor - ischiapp - 12-19-2020 Another clever design: EndGem Speed by Roger Quintero. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4689575
RE: 3D Print SE razor - Jayaruh - 12-28-2020 I am enjoying my Triceratops. You can use injector blades in it, too. Here is a video about changing the blade. RE: 3D Print SE razor - Jayaruh - 01-22-2021 I've gone crazy I think for 3d printed razors. I am also making cases to house my 3d printed razors. This is one of my latest razors: the GEM-LP (low profile). I made this case for it today. This is my Gem type razor in green resin. And the case I made for it. ![]() Here is my new red and black EndGem. And its case. ![]() I think you have already seen my gray and black EndGem. Next week, I will be doing a 3d razor week. I will start it of with my first 3d printed razor, the TNNSER. I had a bunch of these, but I have gotten down to my black and green ones. Too many razors, not enough time. RE: 3D Print SE razor - GAW9576 - 02-03-2021 I believe most of these are printed in ABS or PLA. Has anyone used PTEG? If how's the quality and durability so far? RE: 3D Print SE razor - SlimGem - 05-01-2021 After seeing Mr. White's twhite great little Fuzzy Catcher, I decided to revisit the possibilities of duplicating a couple of my favorite lather catchers for 3d printing. I was also curious about the big fuss with the baton handles on the GEM Juniors. Turns out I really like how the fat handle feels, especially on light razors. The pictures below are my final design, which is a combination of two lather catchers, and the blade holding method of the 3d printed WeckGem, but with more blade feel, and of course, a baton handle. I'm finalizing the geometry for easier printing and will make the files available soon.
