Thank you. There were a lot of rough spots in our 21 years, mostly related to my long battle with depression. Thankfully I have been doing much much better with that, and our marriage has been doing very well for the past four or five years.

This strikes a chord with me.......My wife has had a struggle with that battle. Without giving details it was to an extreme degree times 10 throughout our 35 years together. Kudos to you both for staying the course together !!

Another nice shave today.
The repurposed glue-stick tube works a treat as a crayon and keeps the rest of the soap dry.
The "Wee" Brush just brings a smile to my face as it punches well above its size, It makes and holds enough lather easily for 2 pass and some touch up.
The blade holding up well and the razor, well, it was brilliant.

Today is my 21 year wedding anniversary. I went with this beautiful Schick G with custom handle for a great shave. The Zenith Boar whippes up lather wonderfully and Cella Organic is fantastic. And Aqua Velva is always an excellent choice. Especially since my wife likes the scent.  We are going to go out to dinner tomorrow at my friend's restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.

Today is my 21 year wedding anniversary. I went with this beautiful Schick G with custom handle for a great shave. The Zenith Boar whippes up lather wonderfully and Cella Organic is fantastic. And Aqua Velva is always an excellent choice. Especially since my wife likes the scent.  We are going to go out to dinner tomorrow at my friend's restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.  

Happy Anniversary. Be sure to take your wife with you to that dinner.

The Palmolive Shave Cream lathered well with the Jayaruh #41 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the AutoStrop A2 Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Well the RWNN Razor gets a name now as I found it accidentally in Waits Compendium. It is the Daisy Safety Razor with a patent applied for in 1906 and issued in 1911. It takes some heavy modifying of a Gem blade by removing the spin and using metal nips to narrow the width of the blade to fit. Comes out a snug fit but usable as this is the 2nd time I've used this razor. Mine may be an earlier make of it as my box does not have the name on it under the picture as seen in Waits' picture. Nor does mine have the engraving of the name on it as can be seen comparing Waits' pics versus mine. Only engraving on mine is "PAT NOV 14,1911" If this was marketed for women, I see why it didn't last. It's an aggressive razor for sure and I can't pcture this doing well in the curve of their armpits. With care it can yield a smooth and comfortable shave which is what this morning was for me. Glad to have this piece of history in the den and need to do a video with it if I haven't yet..........Off to burn brush on the hillside today. Have a great day and weekend Everyone !

I hope she finds something that works well for treatment. I know to well how difficult a thing it can be to deal with. Especially when it sticks around for many years. I went through a particular treatment that was very helpful. If you want more info I'd be glad to share. Text or PM me. Actually that goes for anyone.

Ha. Thanks, I did say we are having dinner. Actually we will have the restaurant to ourselves. My friend runs it and is cooking us a special dinner. It's a small country restaurant and not usually open for dinner yet. He is trying this out as a possible way of having some special occasion meals for people. So we are his trial run.
