It hasn't arrived yet, but I snagged a Shake Sharp Mk. I, version 1 off the bay.  It's the one where the cap is removed to load the blade.

Happy shaves to ya!

An unusual brush from a discounter (Lidl). It cost me just under one British pound. It has quite a big knot (55mm) while the loft is on the smallish side (27mm). Most brushes have those measurements the other way round. Semi-fan-shape with synthetic fibres, it has some scritch and quite a bit of backbone as you can imagine. Definitely no gel-tips here. I do like the shape and colour of the handle. ![[Image: Brush55x27.jpg]](https://razors.click/storagebox/shaving/LidlBrush/Brush55x27.jpg) It's so good I bought two. One as a prop for silly shaving photoshoots. The other is for cleaning pots and pans. SCNR. |
