It's definitely been used a lot, but the blade stops look like they are still in really good shape. Great find.

I have  a couple of razors around that age. I think I have one just like it actually. Love the shaves and the look is just awesome. What are your thoughts on the short handle?

I got my first lather catcher from you, Fuzzy. It had the metal handle. I have since made several handles as you know. I really like the short handles. They work great with the Gem Jr. and other like lather catchers.

My thoughts are it's short and small for my big mitts but I love the look of it enough to use it.

I got a box in the mail today with 4 cakes of modern Williams and a nice GEM Jr. 1912. These are to go to people that need or want them.
