To make the site itself mobile friendly, Zeri, enable one of the Emerald themes in your UserCP.

You can also subscribe to the site using its Atom or RSS feeds. Thunderbird is a good choice for that. For Android see here. 

I think the Tapatalk plug-in was voted down. Given that the site stores basically no PII, I personally would like to see it installed, though.
