Enders Speed Razor vs. Speed Shaver
Posted by: Jayaruh - 04-26-2020, 07:47 PM - Forum: Other SE brands. - Replies (27)

Last July, I got an Enders Speed Razor. It is the older model of the Speed Razor (1934). The handle and the interface are the main differences between the Speed Razor and the Speed Shaver (1943). In the picture below you can see that the head profiles are basically the same. The Speed Shaver is on top.

On the left, the Speed Shaver has a squared opening for the blade while the Speed Razor on the right has a round opening.

The Speed Shaver has some decorative slots while the Speed Razor is rather plain. I suspect that the shaves would be somewhat identical

Had a great shave today with Wchnu favorite razor.
Caught my mole a bit, but that happens sometimes.
Here is the video.

Photo Supply Provision Injector
Posted by: Jayaruh - 04-26-2020, 07:30 PM - Forum: New (non-vintage) Injectors - Replies (38)

My youngest son gave me the Supply Provision V2 for Christmas. I had the original that I got off of KickStarter. I am piffing it to him.

I made the case for the Supply.

This is the V1 Supply.

The V1 Supply is weighing in at 108 g being stainless steel.

The V2 weighs in at 92 g because it is an alloy razor.

  Pal Injectors

I piffed my first Pal Injecto-Matic injector and then regretted it. Here is the replacement I got for it. I love the way this razor feels in hand and shaves.

I won this Made in Great Britain Pal Injecto-Matic

This was my Pal adjustable. I piffed it. I did not like the feel.

This is the Pal injector that replaced the adjustable. I like it better.

  Schick Repeating Razor Type C
Posted by: Jayaruh - 04-26-2020, 07:06 PM - Forum: Schick Injectors - Replies (23)

I started off 2020 the right way with my Type C injector. It is the only Repeating Razor I have. Still need an A and a B. I got this one back in 2015.

  The Bunny V3
Posted by: Jayaruh - 04-26-2020, 06:44 PM - Forum: Non vintage SE and SHaDE razors. - No Replies

I am a proud owner of twhite 's Bunny V3 injector razor. I have used the Mild, Not So, and Wild combs. I have even shaved with the razor with no comb at all. It is a great razor. Thanks Tom.

Maybe I am the first to publish a video on TOST3. https://youtu.be/RWpfr3r5HcI

  My Russian SHaDE Razor
Posted by: Jayaruh - 04-26-2020, 06:29 PM - Forum: Other SE brands. - Replies (2)

I got an unmentionable in a pif that I converted to a SHaDE razor (Single edge Half DE). It was in its former life a Russian OC razor. I removed one comb and now it is a SHaDE razor. I love it. I just finished a week with it.

I am a great fan of Williams. I used to load it from Grandpa Lowe's shaving mug, but I have recently turned to just rubbing it on my wet face and then lathering. It works great for me that way, too.
Every Wednesday is a Williams Wednesday for me.
Grandpa Lowe's shaving mug.

Here I have gone to rubbing it on the face.
