The Triceratops 3d Printed SE Razor
Posted by: Jayaruh - 12-14-2020, 09:25 PM - Forum: 3D printed razors - Replies (17)

I made a short video of my new Triceratops razor. It turns out that it will take both SE and injector blades. I used Treatstock.com to find a printer and had it done that way. A printer in Hollywood FL did the printing. I uploaded the file to Treatstock and got quotes and just chose one. Communication was good, and he had it done in a day or two. The post office kind of fell down on the job, but the printer did a great job. Erin Bay Associates is the name of the printer I used. [/color]I finally got it and I really like the way it shaves. I shaved my first full shave today, and I will be using an injector blade tomorrow. Maybe I will do a video on Williams Wednesday. Enjoy.

Howdy y'all!

I've been gone for a while, life has happened. But things are wonderful now.
Great new job, both kids are doing well, and life is back to a routine.
Sorry I had to step back, but rest assured I'm here again.

  Schick Injectors for Dummies
Posted by: riverrun - 12-12-2020, 02:07 PM - Forum: Schick Injectors - Replies (27)

A user called 'BBS' posted a series of threads called Schick Injectors for Dummies over on the TSD forum.
He later added Schick Band razors and unmentionable Schick razors.
I asked politely and he gave me permission to convert his posts to proper nice web pages and host them on my site.

For anyone looking for detailed Schick Injector information that goes well beyond Appleby's classification:

How often do you use Williams Mug Soap?  I use it for "Mug" Monday and "Williams" Wednesday.  But, we know any day that ends in "y" is a good day for Williams!!

After seeing Fuzzy's Lustray Spice, I ordered me some. While I was at it I picked up some Pinaud Citrus Musk and Jeris Hair Tonic.

Tabac Tuesday's Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Tabac Shave Soap
B-400 Badger by Tom
AutoStrop A1
Personna GEM SS PTFE
CWR
Tabac ASB

The Tabac Shave Soap face-lathered well with B-400 Badger by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with the AutoStrop A1 razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

  Old Type SHaDE

I had an extra Old Type head lying around and a while back I decided to turn it into a SHaDE.  Here are some pictures of what I came up with.

From Gillette Tech, to FuzzTech.
The most franken of all Franken Razors ever seen.
This is the way to turn a DE into a SHaDE.
