This is literally my 5th try to post freaking pictures. Pall Mall older type with real wedge blades. Made a handle and a sleeve to hone. I had a lot more to say the other times. Done trying

Nope my high was $47.  Funny there are so many on right now.. I was hoping to win that as I can make a handle no problem. The others will go in the $175 range. Out of my price range

Wow. That handle looks original.
I was hoping to get that Fox but I'm not sure how I would have made a handle for it. I'm sure it would not have been as good as you could do by a long shot.

Do you happen to know if a Fox will take a Gem blade. It looks like they might not. I figure if I ever actually get one I'll try making some kind of adapter to use an injector blade.

I was just looking at the Pall mall again and noticed the handle has barber pole knurl. I love the look of barber pole knurl. I'm surprised I didn't notice it sooner.

From the looks of the blade on the Fox. I would think it might be proprietary. Almost looks like an old Gem would work. Blade looks a bit short.

Wish I could knurl a Barber pole. That would be so sweet.

I thought you could do barber knurl. There is a particular unmentionable that I think has the absolute most beautiful barber knurl handle. And every one I've seen has been WAY out of my price range.

Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 925

1 of the razors from a recent Lot purchase was this Pall Mall that cleaned up well and they don't make them like these tanks anymore. Solid and functional art. Loaded with a modern Gem blade until I can get some of these and the Empire blades honed to use. Got a nice enjoyable and comfortable shave. Just a little grab on the chin from relaxing my skin stretching but sealed quickly at the end of the shave. Glad to get this set with the others to try also. Menlo pass around razor is heading this way in the mail for I believe tomorrow so that will be up for Saturday I think. Have a great day guys and gals !!
