Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.

This is about where he is, so storm surge shouldn't be a problem.

“In 25 years of TV broadcasting ... I have never presented a more worrisome tropical forecast for the WAFB area. Ida has the potential of being more troublesome than 2008′s Gustav, more problematic than 1992′s Andrew.”

Hey guys!! Thanks for the well wishes. I will be working the storm crew at work. My Aoartment is on high ground. I have a house guest so Ms. Luna will have Company. ShadowsDad we do not get a surge here. We have to watch several of the local rivers though.
I al working the store gig this morning and things are busy but going smooth. As TobyC pointed out we will get some wind and rain here. Not sure yet how much. That depends on weather we are more on the West or East side of the storm. I have my emergency kits in place and a plan working.
Happy shaves to ya!

That guy is a weather wizard. When Jay says hunt a. hole people listen. I went to Texas for Gustav to help with family. As I recall. They are all out of the way of this one.

I just got off the phone with Michael in Houma, LA. He has been without power for about 10 hours. He is taking on water from his roof, and his neighbor has taken up residence with him since his front window blew out. Michael is a shaver friend of mine but he is not on the forum. He knows Fuzzy though. Glad to hear you are riding it out Fuzzy.

Yea. The storm is pushing through there now. A few hours it will move out!  I have not heard from him lately. I need to make time to fix that.

We are just fixing to start getting the real stuff. It will be interesting. Should not be THAT bad here in Baton Rouge though. Here we go!!
