Plumbing parts and a crude white razor, Confused
Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.

I know nothing about this razor.  I bought it because it is purty.  It does give a great shave as well.  I use a wedge adapter and a modern blade.
