I experimented with the JB Weld nubs, but like you, I discovered I wanted to tweak the blade exposure. I could have kept making different carrier blades with the nubs until I had it where I wanted it, but then I would eventually just change my mind. I have no issues placing and keeping the Proline where I want it with a naked, blunted Enders Speed blade. I learned that when I had problems with the blade shifting around while I was trying to slide the Enders behind it that the trick is to wet the blades. When the blades are wet, the water has a little adhesive effect making this much easier. I then use my thumbnail to prevent it from going to far out the front of the razor. When you do this a few times, you can load this razor at least as fast as assembling a 3-piece razor. I now eyeball where I want the exposure based on what I'm in the mood for. This is a very efficient and comfortable razor at this point.
Awesome Matt, thanks for the water tip !
Awesome tip. Dave you should have no problem using one of the adapters upside down if you want to try the water adhesion trick. Before I made the adapters I used a small strip plastic to adjust the blade if it wasn't quite right. Something like plastic from a butter dish lid or similar thickness works great.
Also as Matt mentioned the B20s the Schick Proline B20s in an Enders are awesome.

Razor : 3d Printed Lather Catcher by twhite
Blade : Gem (2)
Brush: Trotter Handcrafts/Maggards Synthetic
Soap: Derby Citronella Candle
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Vintage Aqua Velva
Fragrance:
So the Fluffy express (UPS) delivered the soap in record time and it was used with the 3D printed lather catcher on video which is uploading as I write this. The soap was very much like Arko in decent lather but not quite as drying post shave as I remember the Arko being. As far as scent, it's nearly a dead ringer for Arko which I find a synthetic lemon pledge/citronella kind of mix. Not a big deal but certainly not something I'd like to reach for regularly. This will get posted today or tomorrow to Mr Mike HighSpeed for him to use and write a little something about his take on it. And to post in the thread in the Soap section. Poked a little fun at Fuzzy......Hope he doesn't offend easy
Have a great day everyone !!

Yaqi Rasta AC
Yaqi AC blade

I just aquired this new Yaqi AC razor yesterday. My first AC razor, it was cheap and easy to get here at the Yaqi au site, with free postage.
First pass on a few days growth was a little tuggy and rough, I think this may be the blades, I bought them from Yaqi cheap but they have no name on the package, second pass better but not super smooth however after two passes a pretty good shave not much touch up required.
Probably not the best test of the razor with cheap no name blades. Maybe I should get some good blades, I definitely will if I pick up a Hawk V3 some day.

I had the best shave yet with the Bunny V3 by twhite which he is loaning me. It was already shaving quite well. However before today's shave I discovered that the blade wasn't quite seated right. I carefully adjusted the blade alignment and Wow, this razor shaves wonderfully now.
Also this was a much better lather from what I've previously gotten with Michael's wool fat. I believe this is do to our water softener finally getting fixed and the water being much softer now. So far all the soaps I've used since the fix have lathered better and been slicker.

Lather Catcher Sunday's Shave
Cold Water Rinse
Vintage Life Licorice Shave Soap
The Brush B-3 by Tom
Superior Lather Catcher
Personna GEM SS PTFE
CWR
Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS
The Vintage Life Licorice Shave Soap lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
