E gadd's sounds like a real pain. I can relate though our house is 121 years old and has many many quirks.

Please let me know here if you are down with that.

killer. I don’t want to send anything out until it is half way presentable.
I was thinking $8-10. I need to find some small boxes. Not sure what they will cost. With any luck, I would like to send them out next weekend.
as always I ask that you all be brutally honest. That is the only way to improve my designs. You will not hurt my feelings. That I can assure you.

Put JB over the injector AND squeegeed the JB back and forth with an old credit card to get it down into the holes and behind it. Then scraped the access down to be level with the top of the injector. Then carefully removed the injector blade while the JB was still wet.
Once the JB was dry I did a little fine tuning with an Exacto knife. I did not need any release agents because the injector blade was removed while the JB was wet. Also I did rough up the enders blade were the JB would be first to help it grip better. After all is done I removed the entire bevel of the cutting edge of the Enders blade to be sure it would not interfere with shaving in the future.

I get the small flat rate shipping boxes from the post office for free. They are $8 and change to ship with $50 insurance and tracking included. Most razors I've shipped have fit very comfortably in them.
