SOTD Sept 29 - Oct 2
This was my shave setup for the past 4 days. I used a Schick blade (Chinese) for the first time and I found it to be very similar to the Personna blades I usually use. I was visiting my Mom in Alabama and bought the pack of blades at the Piggly Wiggly.

I've seen mostly CC into vintage SE world.
I think because of the very effective blade.

I have the C.V. Heljestrand, Damaskeene OC, MMOC, Valet A1, and Bunny V3 to start with along with other unmentionable OCs that will appear on other forums. During my birthday week, I will be using birthyear/era razors. Unfortunately, none of them are OC.

GEM Junior with vintage Personna blade that I honed with a Scotts Ball Bearing sharpener. It shave ok, but not great. First time trying to hone a vintage blade and may take a few tries to get it dialed in.

Lather Catcher Sunday's Shave
Cold Water Rinse
Speick Shaving Cream
Jayaruh #414
C.V. Heljestrand
C.V. Heljestrand Wedge

Family Dollar Old Spice
The Speick Shaving Cream face-lathered well with Jayaruh #414 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the C.V. Heljestrand razor with a C.V. Heljestrand Wedge blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Family Dollar Old Spice. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Great shave this morning. There was A LOT of blade feel. I thought I might end up with some irritation. However the finish was very smooth with no irritation.
