Saturday Morning Shaving Soiree

Christmas Eve II (Orthodox Christmas is tomorrow) so Stirling for sure.  Personna Injector has really smoothed out and blade exposure is perfect for the Empire Straight Bar so it was one of my best shaves.

Personna Injector Blade (4X)
Stirling Christmas Eve Soap

Lather Catcher Sunday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Mitchel's Wool Fat
Semogue Owners Club Boar
1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star LC
Star Wedge
CWR
Clubman Pinaud Lilac Vegetal After Shave

The Mitchel's Wool Fat lathered well with the Semogue Owners Club Boar Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star Lather Catcher Razor and a Star Wedge Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Clubman Pinaud Lilac Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Sunday Morning Salutations

This Enders Razor fights me every time.  Grrrrr.  It did not want to work with the Injector Blade this time.  I ended up using my Valet VC4 to finish the shave.  The Cap just does not hold the Injector at the correct angle.  So back to a stropped vintage Enders blade for the next try.  My other Enders Razor has no issue with an Injector Blade.  Oh well, the things we do for Science.  On a more positive note the new Razorock Shave Stick and Omega Brush were BANGER !!  Merry Christmas to any Orthodox Friends.

Enders Safety Razor (aka Satan's Tool)
Personna Injector Blade (2X)
RazoRock Green Label Soap Stick
Omega Roma 22mm Synthetic Brush
BRUT Splash On
RazoRock Tuscan Oud Aftershave

Shave of the Week Starting 8 January 2024

Shield Predator (Titanium) razor
Gem Stainless blade
Shave Revolution Synthetic brush
Cresent City Shave Works "Irish Tweed" SS
Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
Various A/S

Been wanting one of the Shield Predators but didn't want to put out the amount a various vendors wanted so I waited and waited and waited till one came up at a reasonable price then I jumped at it. Actually, I got the Titanium one and an aluminum version as well. Anyway, first shave with the Titanium version and it was, well, terrific! Very smooth, comfortable and easy to use. To semi quote a movie, " is this the SE that I never knew I always wanted"? More shaves to follow of course, but based on the first one it's a winner. My face is very happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

What a beautiful razor set. I'm honored to have been able to make a handle for it.
