I don't know for sure.  I do remember seeing it in my younger days, perhaps at the barbershop.  Knowing me, it was probably Playboy.  Here's a larger image.

Nice shave. I would call that an E4. E3 had side flaps on spring. Flaps were removed on E-4.

Well, it is a real beauty for sure. My only E3 was my Dad's. He replaced the handle on it with a wooden one. I love the old Schicks though.
