I'm sure there used to be a way to change one's signature.

Go to the User CP and there is a link on the left for user signature.

I can't change username or signature. Not that I want to change my username.
I tried different themes, doesn't seem to make a difference.
Any permissions based on groups I'm a member of? Toad related maybe?

Let's ask another "Toady"...paging Mr. Bird Lives -- sir, are you able to change your signature?  I'll also go poke my head in the back and see if I can see anything.
Andreas riverrun -- can you see it now?  You were right, Toadies were missing a check mark on a couple of things.  I'm 99% sure I fixed it, but please confirm.
