The shovelhead!!!
#1
Thumbs Up
The Ever Ready Shovel head is Wchnu favorite razor.
He may deny it, but deep down it's really true.
Here are a few reasons why.
1. It's old, just like him
2. It's simple and easy to figure out.
3. It is effortless to get a super close shave.
4. Super aggressive and has lots of chatter
5. It has a flip open too, and a simple friction lock

There, I said it, it is not only his favorite razor, but mine as well

But which one, round comb or square comb?
Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.

I need a 1909 as well, kinda hard to find though.

Square on the right, more blade feel.

I did not know of different models either.
Here is mine and it looks to be the squared comb.

Oh there are at least two different "pillar" bases, at least three different short bases which are later, and I'm sure there are other differences that I don't remember.
