I'm sure it will be. I'm definitely a "learn by doing" kind of person so I think this experience will forever cement the need for good technique with a GEM razor, the payoff being an excellent shave when it's done right! No pain, no gain. Maybe not the best adage to live by when it comes to shaving but one that I seem to be following. Rolleyes

No pain no gain works for muscle building but could be catastrophic for shaving. Big Grin
