January 2024 Catch of the day

Seller on EBay had a listing for three razors - two GEM 1912's and a STAR head only - the STAR only showed the back in all of the photos.  I asked the seller for a pic of the front of the razor as I hoped it was a Lather Catcher of some sort.
Seller never responded to my request but instead sent an offer.  These were listed at $19.99 originally, they offered
$18.  I countered with $15 and they accepted.  So when the package arrived yesterday I was still hoping for a lather catcher of some sorts.  Lo and behold it was a Star Bar.  I added one of the pretty fluted handles I had as extras and I think it looks great.

It has been a while. Here are some of my recent nice finds 
I got this nice E2 couple weeks ago from a local shop its in nice shape
   
I found up this nice Type B for $4 locally
   
Same shop had this ER 1914 the spring fell out when removed the radio blade I will have a post up ,I think i fixed it 
   
Yesterday I picked up this nice ER brush. I reconditioned the knot and its great. I cant wait to try it in a shave 
   
   
I also picked up yesterday a nos glass bottle of 90s old spice ,and 2 vintage Schick krona SS injectors full of blades

Very sweet haul.  I'm cleaning up a bunch of brushes that came in today off an EBay lot today.
