Razor : Enders Speed Razor
Blade : Schick Injector (1)
Brush: Razorock BC Plissoft Silvertip
Soap: Barrister & Mann Hallows
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Dragonsbeard Skin Food Splash
Fragrance: Dragonsbeard EDP
So I had a pretty Enders Speed razor in Yellow with the Chrome insert and maybe shouldn't have gotten rid of it. Picked up this black one NOS in the box with papers. The part I hated was trying to get the Enders modified blade to hold the injector blade where I wanted it without moving as well as straight. I saw Greg GAW9576 that used JB Weld to make the modified Enders blade more dummy (Dave) proof. So I sent him 5 blades to do his thing with along with a soap and splash for his trouble.
Boom, I'm in business again. It holds the blade at a location I can feel it slightly in a sweet spot that cuts. I would have had it a tad more forward but it work and I got a nice drama free shave although I doubt it will last all day as I like. Face feels great but from experience I know it won't have the all day non-mask grabbing quality. Eric (MaineYooper) knows what I mean. The benefit is I don't need to go anywhere today. Just stuff around the house to care for. It's a fun razor and I love the handle shape but an actual injector would be more effective. The soap was a pif from Ken (Fluffy) and I'm thankful as I have been curious about this one but don't buy things that have bawdy or macabre etc artwork. The scent was in my wheelhouse and the performance was nice. Nothing to make it stand out beyond all the great artisans to me but a very good soap. I used my new to me scuttle and I thank Corey for the screaming deal on it. I feel guilty for the cost to ship it being nearly what he sold it for and hope if he ever see's a soap I have he wants a sample of or a razor to try that he let's me know. That's it folks, Have a GREAT day today !!

I set the edges even with the factory edge of the vintage blade. If you get some of the blades with the etching on them and want me to make a few more adapters just remind me and I can set them or at least some of them forward a little. I can mark them somehow so you know which is which.

No problem, I didn't think you were complaining. Just critiquing the shave quality, not my craftsmanship.

Williams Wednesday's Shave
Cold Water Rinse
Williams Mug Soap
The Brush B-3 by Tom
Fuzzy Catcher by Tom
Personna GEM SS PTFE
CWR
Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS
This is my first shave with the Fuzzy Catcher by Tom and, it worked out to be a Williams Wednesday, too. I did not notice the usual chatter you get with a lather catcher, but the shave was smooth and comfortable.
The Williams Mug Soap lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with the Fuzzy Catcher razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Vintage Wednesday
Pre: Shower, Cold water Face wash
Brush: Vintage Vulfix service #3 1950's
Soap: Vintage Cussons 1950's
Razor: GEM MicroMatic SB Clog-Pruf
Blade: GEM Stainless PTFE (4)
Post shave: Cold water splash ,TC's Infused Witch Hazel
Balm: Proraso Red / Argan Oil
Aftershave: Proraso Red
A wonderful shave with one of my favourite Vintage razors which was kindly Gifted to me by a very generous TSR member.
A great lather from the vintage brush and cream, giving me plenty "good stuff" for the shave.
I planned to only complete 2 passes today, however, i was seduced by this wonderful set up into 3 full passes. A very close BBS finish was the result.
A nice post shave finishing with the Proraso splash and there was some indication of the shave closeness, although, this calmed quickly.
Stay safe and enjoy your day All

I had a great shave today with the Fuzzy Catcher by twhite and a Schick F on loan from mayer57619. Now that my water softener is working again the Lather from the Wickham Irish Fern was much slicker than it had been. I got a near BBS shave.
