That said, I think a proper user gallery with a more generous maximum file size would be better. I don't know the stats for this site, but I doubt the server is anywhere near the download limit of its plan. But I may be wrong.

Thank you. I used to use an app to resize pictures. I'll see if I still have it. I'm on several forums and frequently use the same pictures so it may be easiest to just resize the picture for the ones with size limits.
With my Iphone when I select a picture to post it lets me choose the size. I always pick medium and it is good to go.
Happy shaves to ya!

Really enjoying the new site but PMs are seeming a bit sketchy and the alerts are a bit difficult to use if I have more than 5 at least on my mobile phone.
For PMs I can't see the message I just sent in response to a PM and each comment appears more like a separate PM than a continuous thread of comments. Eventually I did find my previous comments but it was not easy.
For the alerts if I habe more than 5 and open all alerts I don't see any indication of which I've read and haven't read.
I've also bean getting multiple alerts for single comments.
Hope this all makes sense.

I tweaked a few things with PM settings. We will see if it helps. On my alerts they look faded after I check them. The ones I have not checked are bold. We continue to sort things out. Thanks for all the input.

The initial window for alerts works really good with the 5 alerts it shows. I see the ones I have checked as faded also and the ones I haven't clicked on are not faded. Were it gets sketchy for me is when I have more than 5 alerts and I click on the View Alerts tab on the bottom left corner of that little window to see the expanded alerts list. When that page opens I can't see any difference between those I have viewed and haven't.
I think you guys are doing a great job with the site and making lots of improvements. I hope my imput is helpful and not taken as complaining.

Have you tried accessing https://www.tost3.com/alerts.php direct instead? In the absence of a responsive theme, that's probably the best you will get. It works well enough on a large screen. On a mobile device, it's less than ideal.

Just checked that link. It looks pretty much the same as when I click on the View Alerts tab.

What type of device are you on? If you are on a mobile, you experience will likely match mine, ie less than optimal.

Yeah I'm on a LG android cell phone. I realize the site will be different on mobile devices. I guess I should check things out on our computer and see how much different they are. I have very slow satellite internet for the computer and my cell internet is pretty good so I do almost everything on my cell. That and I always havr my cell with me. My computer doesn't fit in my pocket.

As i said before, a responsive theme might be useful. Provided that one can apply a responsive theme to the site without breaking its extensions. Only one way to find out, and I'd be happy to be a Guinea pig. All in the name of science.
