Bad Gem Blue Star blades

I bought some of those uncoated carbon steel blades and they rusted in the dispenser.  If you want carbon steel blades, I like Pal best.  They are also pricey.

I have had my fill of Gem blue star blades. I have had 2 dispensers from 2016 unopened every blade in the dispensers was bad .Rough as cob not even able to get trough the first pass , and rusting very quick took one out and left it on the bathroom counter for 10 mins to get a Schick injector to finish the shave and it was already staining were the water droplets were. I don't know if they mixed up 2 facet blades with 3, and can they be bad after only 7 years ? I have 4 more unopened dispensers .I am ordering 100 pack of stainless PFE coated tomorrow when I get home .   

I bet somewhere along the way there was a moisture issue. If you want I will send you a pack of TREET blades. You will fall in love with Carbon Steel again.

Thanks Wchnu, your right at my Hannaford's they have there shaving section at the end next to the frozen food and they recently stop selling the gem blades . I've still got 4 dispensers of good CVS carbon blades. I thought I had 1 left, Nope I stashed the the others a while ago and forgot about them. What your experience with Pal blades I was thinking about getting a 100 pack?

PAL blades in the 5 pack were a favorite. I could buy the local like I do the TREET now. I know nothing about the bulk blades.
