MaineYooper I have a J golden 500 with the Hydro-magic lever and an i Hydro-magic . They both seem to shave fairly similar to me except for the handle length. So if you like the longer handle trying one that a member has that they say is not to aggressive as srqshaver suggests may be a good idea. Like he said yours could be tweaked a little bit. Or possibly just a different variation. I know the Ls had many variations that had different shave characteristics. I personally like an aggressive razor sometimes. So I like having the variety. It may be as Whiterook suggests worth hanging onto and revisiting the razor in question. But if no one else is interested and you are set on finding it a good home I would be happy to take it in. And srqshaver if you still have the Dead G I could take a look at it. I rehabbed my severely bent type I Hydro-magic.
