The answer is to put the @ then put the username in double quotes....Tony'schin.  So it's @ + "tony's chin" (no plus sign, just once whole thing together).  Same thing for Bird Lives.

Thank you very much Flintstone now I can tag Tony'schin and thank him again for the info on the injector blade in a Micromatic.
