Time for a little change I think.

I maintained facial hair for most of my adult life. After going through some professional transitions, I was having to interview. I already knew that my age and experience was against me since most managers were my children's age. My daughter said my beard made me look older so I got rid of it. And, grey hair does not behave like the beard hair of our youth. Mine got flat looking instead of bushy as before.
