I see where you rated both me and Dave in KY at the same time about 12 minutes ago now from this thread. It doesn't function like that for me on a computer. I guess for you it is a quick way to leave a Positive +1 rating if you don't want to comment! 
I guess this goes back to Wchnu the other day saying something like, "I can neither confirm nor deny..."!
