When you click on the green number and you go to the rep screen, look at the details below. It would show the last time a rating was given and to the corresponding post. I'm pretty sure clicking the green number does not add a +1 rating to the reputation score...I think!?

Correct, you have o click the Rate button to the right of the find button to leave a rating
I just checked and clicking the green number works for me. And you 2 are just messing with me to get me to boost your Rep points
