So, when you click on the green reputation number under a persons avatar, it doesn't automatically add a point, does it? It's not doing that for me on the computer. When I click on the green number, it takes me to that person's reputation report and there is a "Rate User" button on the right side, which when I clicked on it I got that stupid error message.
