Thanks Greg, I'll give that a try next week by aggressively shaking out the brush. I know you've been working hard on improving your use of boar brushes.

Even when I was bowl lathering the modern Williams, I found no matter what I did the lather always started out airy/bubbly and would settle down and smooth out only after a good bit of agitation. It was the same today, but a little more difficult to beat the airiness out of it when it is on my face, at least more difficult for me!  Big Grin

Ha. If you don't end up with a bloody nose or black eye you're not beating the lather aggressively enough. Tongue
