The Superior Lather Catcher is aptly named. Another great shave today.

The Arko Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #220 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1902 Superior Lather Catcher razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Iced Blue AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

The J.A. Henckels is one of my favorite lather catchers. I used a Henckels wedge blade and had a great shave with it today with Mitchell's Wool Fat Soap.

I broke out the beautiful Star Cru-Steel razor for my lather catcher shave. Vintage Colgate Barbershop soap and Barbasol Musk aftershave rounded out the good stuff. I was able to get a very nice DFS from the vintage blade with no stropping. I think I will strop the blade and try it in another razor soon! All in all a fine first Sunday of the month shave!!
