And I just gave you one so maybe it's set at a timed interval allowance of how often you can GIVE a rating. Getting isn't an issue.

I dunno. I just gave out 4 in a row to different users. There is no setting that limits the number. Dunno what to tell ya here. Survey sayssssssssss...... blah!

It's based on oxidizing radiation levels at your homes. Have you noticed any glowing at night? Of course the lights need to be off to see it.
