Beautiful looking Razor but I will never understand the half DE blade thing.  WHY?  Just use a DE.
If they made that to fit an AC blade or a GEM blade then it would have been so much more appealing.

I kind of agree. The up side is ease of blade accusation.  I still prefer vintage though.  That being said there is a certain open comb unmentionable I want as a Shade razor.

Yes, partially.
This one looks to me more a marketing option.
BUT, I love my SHaDE. Very slim and precise.
More than many many DE. With the ease of the same blade.
Good or not, DE blades are the global standard ...

I saw that but didn't see what blade it took. I'd probably be interested if it took an Injector blade. AC are just a bit to wide for my liking. Gem would also be cool. I wonder what the price will be.

Ah, sorry I didn't notice the link in the OP. Thanks. Not a bad price.

I’m not sure I get the reasoning of Parker’s rationale for having this razor ……

“ the perfect razor for new and experienced wet shavers looking for the blade angle of a cartridge razor with the benefits of a safety razor.
