I am a great fan of Williams. I used to load it from Grandpa Lowe's shaving mug, but I have recently turned to just rubbing it on my wet face and then lathering. It works great for me that way, too.
Every Wednesday is a Williams Wednesday for me.

So, stick a blade in the soap and skip both the brush and the razor!!! 
If I can't use my vintage brushes I don't want to shave!!!!!!!!! 
This stuff isn't posting properly, all of that stuff shouldn't have come along for the ride in my post.
Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.
