Great shave although it started badly with the Star wedge, swapped it for a Gem wedge blade and got a very close shave in two passes.

Thanks, it's been a while since I used this Kampfe with the wedge. Great shaves, it must be the ultimate adjustable with two sets of screws an advantage that was lost with the advent of springs and stops.

Thank you. I made the blank for this one then turned it on a wood lathe. It's black Linen material, aluminum foil shavings and 2 part casting resin. I also made the brush that is my avatar. That one is Black Linen, Brass shavings and fiberglass resin. I've only made 3 blanks myself but have made a fair amount more brushes.

I have a 1898ish head but the screws are missing. The blades I have are worn enough that they really need the adjustment to work.
