Which razor is Star No. 5 ??
#1
This isn't a new one, but I'm hoping to get help from you fellows and gals.  I bought this set a while back, but it didn't have the razor.  It looks like some of my other WWI military sets, but I can't figure out which razor is supposed to go in it.  Does anyone know?Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks!!

Why didn't I look at Wait's compendium? D'oh!
So, the No.5 Kit contained a No.4 set frame.
And the No.4 frame was a "flip open cap" frame, similar to a 1924.
Here's a picture of the No.4 set:

So are these 1919 sets post the acquisition of Kampfe Bros. by ASR?

That razor looks exactly like my Kampfe Bros. Star Super Six. A grand shaver too I might add!

Thanks very much, folks, for the pictures and information.  If you have time, please look at the two posts I made on the "Other SE Brands" forum here on TOST 3 entitled "STAR razors - my unusual ones" or something like that  Smile   I hope you'll help me decide if one of those razors are the ones that we see in these pictures above for the STAR #4 and STAR #5 cases/pouches. And hopefully you'll just enjoy the pictures of what I consider to be some of the less common STARs. Thanks for your help and expertise as always!!!
