Dime safety razor
#1
Shocked
I came across this listing a while back. Saw it wasnt getting bid up. So I put in a bid and no one fought me for it. Hoping I can get a gem blade working in it.

Nice one.

If I had seen the listing...

...it would still have been outside my self-imposed spending limit of about $25

I need more information on this razor. Any updates? Looks very interesting.

How does it hold the blade? What blades does it use?

Sleeping dogs and all that...
...you're lucky I'm not in the US.
Postage and import charges make this one too expensive for me.

As far as I can tell - a slightly modified GEM blade. Remove the spine and reattached moved a bit further down.

Interesting razor!

I assumed that you had seen the one for sale right now on the bay...
If not... easy to find...

Edit: There are several... sigh... one with a beautiful tin... all too expensive outside the US...
