For me, I only have experience with GEM and street carbon blades. But between those two, I would go with the GEM because it’s sharper and not as harsh when shaving. At least that’s my experience.

Yep. I have two. A brown, small brush. And a white horse hair. Nice brushes. I don’t have any horse/boar combo brushes. Misunderstood. Lol
