Occam's SE - Dave in KY - 05-14-2021 Friday May 14, 2021 Razor: Occam's SE Blade: Feather Super (2) Brush: Stirling Boar Soap: Fuzzy Face Monkey Farts AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70 AS 2: Ethos Fresh Lime Fragrance: CK One Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 919 Brought out my Occam because of some talk on DFS about it. Got a great shave with dot 2 plate and a Feather Super. My problem is the shaves don't usually last as long for me and the long ears make a good XTG near impossible on the above the lip region. Still a fun shave with the Monkey Farts which is a cherry/banana bubble gum scent. I just like the name mostly but it is a good soap base. Taking the day off for things around the house that need attention. Have a great day Everyone !! No one ever seems to really like then though. I wonder why the shave would not last. A sharp blade running along the skin. Interesting. I still ain't crazy about the razor as it is just such a big/bulky head and the flatish handle isn't as comfortable on some stroke directions. I Have had a love/hate relationship with the OREN due to the fact it doesn't play well with Schick Prolines (my preferred AC blade) When I saw the Nano/open handle available on a BST I jumped on it for the price. I just had a shave that will rival the Vector and has me wondering if I should keep it or not..........WHAT?!?!?! Yes, that good of a shave result. Is it as sleek and maneuverable ? NO. Is the head as small and easy to get in tight spots ? NO. But it works and I got a great shave using a new Feather Pro blade with a dot 2 plate and for a fraction of the cost of the Vector....Has Dave thinking hard as he wants to minimize his modern razors in each category in the den. Have a great day Everyone ! RE: Occam's SE - Wchnu - 03-11-2022 (12-10-2021, 04:09 AM)Fluffy Wrote: Nano Razor Schick blade (6) I missed this before. I love Masters Bay Rum.
