Had a Wanted BST that was responded to and I have a twice used puck now. Pastuer's is getting more but I was tired of waiting. My Type A came in to and I'm stoked. Was missing the blade tray but the extra 20 blade tube had the blades in a tray which was inserted and it worked flawlessly. Gotta find another tray for my B just for the cool factor of it working as intended. Congratulations that's awesome. Buy another original can of blades and you'll be good,... maybe get extras for the future. BTW...is it shovel head or shovelhead...or both? I see it both ways so I find myself going back and forth. Be careful, some unknowing jackass will spread that all over the internet!!! Shovelhead is just a made up name from some other unknowing jackass, probably in the early days of B&B, it's also known as the 1924, which is also wrong, that's when an original ad appeared in Field and Stream magazine. I say "Shovelhead" just because everyone knows what that is and I don't have to explain what I'm talking about. RE: September 2021 Haul - Dave in KY - 09-24-2021 TobyC I am hoping that these are BRASS blade cases and that the rumours are true that the brass ones have a Blade tray inside them that is the same as the repeaters and works. We'll see when it arrives. If not, I have an extra Injector ![]() RE: September 2021 Haul - Old Sarge - 09-24-2021 (09-24-2021, 07:30 PM)TobyC Wrote:(09-24-2021, 07:17 PM)GAW9576 Wrote: It's Sho Vel He ad. With that spacing. I can't believe people can't get that correct. Actually it's which ever way you want as far as I'm concerned. Hey TobyC, you left me hanging, Bud! You gave me some great knowledge of why the two different names for this razor are being incorrectly used...but didn't give me a name that I should be using. Help a brother out?

Looks like it could be a mini light saber...may the force be with you!

Well like I said, I call it a Shovelhead, if you say that or 1924 folks will understand, if you say 1919 they will have no idea what you're talking about, so it's your choice. LOOK. Got it TobyC, so either Shovelhead or Sho Vel He Ad per GAW9576. That was a good link you provided and there was another good link within. Good to know more about the razor, the difference in the handle mount and round vs. square guards. Thanks!
