The Proraso Sandalwood lathered well with the Jayaruh 414 Silvertip Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Unmentionable Razor with an Unmentionable Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Granddad's Blend AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Best wishes for everyone's up and coming weekend. Do something fun!! I am going to my grand daugther's holiday program. 

I used another 1930's unmentionable, Semogue brush, and the usual soap and AS...LOL!!

Correction Corner...currently 72 with a projected high of 73. It's days like today that make up for our dog days of summer when it's 95 with high humidity! I fully expect our Central Maine contingent to rub it in on those days! Thumbsup

Brush: TGN knot in Cascadia Line
Razor: Schick Type G

Today, the Type G was used. Wow! It is probably just a whisker behind the Type I for me, but it was fantastic. So much so that it may get Ground Hogged tomorrow! And this morning was the TGN 27mm in the Trotter Cascadia Line. This is a taller knot, and exhibits floppiness, which I like. But what a lather eater! I had to reload between passes. It was well worth it, and between warm lather (Crown King scuttle is being used all month to start the building as well as keeping things warm!), the nice knot, the ergonomic handle, and the Type G goodness, I had a wonderful shave!

Aftershave: Old Spice

   

Another amazing shave with the Schick A repeating razor.  Really like the repeaters as they shave extremely well for me, and they are really cool to boot Smile
