It's The Original Safety razor. I don't know exactly were the second T comes from. This is the. Third home for the site a d the T may come from Two for the second site.
There's a page somewhere with all of that info with links, but only Fuzzman knows where that is.

By the way, as a recent discoverer of how wonderful GEMs are, I love the sound of my whiskers being removed, often described as scraping toast. Is that the basis for the name of this forum? Enquiring minds want to know!
The old SE wedge razors were the original safety razors you know. They came along before the unmentionables. The original site was called The Original Safety. That site was started by DIRVING79. He kind of dropped out and left me as admin. there. As it turned out I did not have full admin permissions though so there were things that I could not do. Because of that I started a second version that I called The Original Safety Too (TOS2) That was on a free hosting site called Pro Boards. Over time I asked them to give me the extra permissions for TOS and after some time they did. We grew at TOS2 and it got be expensive. There hosting in free but the Pic storage is just horrible expensive after awhile, That is when I found this host and created TOS3. Proboards will not let you migrate the forum so as had to start anew. There are links around to both of the original sites as they are read only archives of a large amount of data.
