I still find this little razor confusing to use, although today was one of the better shaves i have had with it, applying pressure to razor does not feel natural. I really like the looks, the quirky workings of the head and it has given me a very nice close finish. I need to use it more so it becomes second nature. All in all very happy with that.

On a sad note, my little dog Max had to be admitted to the doggy hospital this morning with suspected Colitis, i really hope he pulls through. The vet looking after him is pretty confident so we have everything crossed for him.

Stay safe and enjoy your day All

Tony'schin  sorry to hear of Max's heath situation and pulling for him

Williams Wednesday's Shave
[Image: zcws.jpg]

Cold Water Rinse
Williams Mug Soap
Semogue 1305 Boar
TiBr 3D
Personna Injector Blade
CWR
Lustray Spice After Shave

Day 17 of 3D Printed Razor Month

The Williams Mug Soap lathered well with the Semogue 1305 Boar Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TiBr 3D Razor with a Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This one came in a box marked Gem on  the outside and Ever-Ready on the inside (I know there was at least one other the same) They made Radio blades so I guess they thought they would use
the same for the razor for UK manufacturing before settling on Ever-Ready, and Gem for export, and Star for French export.
If anyone has any better info I would be interested.

This is the best I could find when I saw your post. Mentions that they might have been for the Australian market...which fit you to a tee!

Yeah, that's the same case as mine.
I think the Australia thing may be a bit of a red herring as I bought mine from England

I have seen some that just said "RADIO".

I want one.
There must still be some about but I guess you'd have to look in the UK, which is a bit awkward.

Williams Wednesday!

Cold Water Shave w/ Hot Water Lather
Pre: Hot Shower
Razor: Ever-Ready 1914 (Steampunkified)
Blade: Treet Carbon (2nd Use)
Brush: Yaqi Green Obsidian Two Band Badger
Lather: Williams Mug Shave Soap, Face Lathered
Post: Osma Alum Block, T.N. Dickinson’s Witch Hazel, Aqua Velva Classic Ice Blue, Nivea Sensitive Balm

A successful two pass shave; not the best, but also not a disaster. I still need a lot of work on face lathering Williams. Not sure if I did not load enough product, or what. Lather was dissipating quickly. I might need to just practice this on the side. I had finally got the hang of it when I was bowl lathering. Another thing to add to the list to work on.

Day 2 of the Treet carbon blade, but considering the poor lather I can't really use this shave to judge fairly. The positive take away is that I didn't hack up my face despite the challenges so my technique must be improving. On to Day 3! Big Grin

Kudos on the approach you take and focusing on improvement Bryan ! Not that it matters much but is it modern Williams or vintage ?
