Now for the truly "true confessions" of my current coffee drinking habit....I'm more about the milk than the coffee.  The first time I met Fuzzy (Wchnu) was for coffee, it was a place that served Community coffee -- he ordered it black, and to his credit, he held his tongue when I ordered my Cafe au Lait (heavy on the au Lait).  That said, I will drink it black at the fire station.  Firefighters don't do milk, cream, Coffeemate or even sugar -- you drink it black or you go thirsty.

I’ve been using frothed heavy whipping cream for some time. I’ll use a press or stove top electric expresso maker.

When I was visiting Columbia back in the mid 1990’s they served coffee already with cream, didn’t ask.

Strong and Black for me

I grind either with a magic bullet when I'm lazy or with a hand crank one that my kids got me from an antique store for fathers day. We get some different organic coffees from Aldi. My wife gets a Swiss water process decaffeinated whole bean coffee from https://www.gobena.org I think she gets the 2 pound or 5 pound bag. She blends the good stuff with the decaffeinated for half caff. Not my favorite but at least the Swiss water process decaff taste pretty good. I usually won't tolerate decaff otherwise. I like coffee strong weather it blond roast, dark roast or something in between.

I’d rather have coffee any day of the week with the girls. Just saying. However, lattes are not gender specific.
