Razorock ECO, Razorock Black Bay soap, Razorock 506 boar brush, VI Bay Rum AS!! I have completed 164 continuous perfect shaves with Williams Mug Soap. By no means any kind of record, but it is still my favorite shave soap. My other products have been neglected for a while and I will try to console some of them until the Williams urge returns!!

The Vintage Life Licorice Shave Soap lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with the TiBr Wabbit razor with a Personna Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. Post shave: Cold water splash, TC's Infused Witch Hazel
Balm: Barts Balm Amber and Moroccan Jasmine Balm & Lotion
Aftershave: Pinaud Brandy Spice

The more i use this SS Hawk the more i like it.
Yes, it is not as nimble or slimline as either the V2 General or the fantastic Vector but i really like the look of it. I much prefer the shave when it is perched on the HD handle, it just seems perfectly balanced for me.
The shave started with a nice warm shower then a cold water face wash to settle the skin. This Prep really seems to suit my skin both during and post shave.
An easy face lather with a face full of badger just adding drops of water to the tips which gave me a wonderfully slick, spicey scented coating.
3 full passes followed for a perfect face feeler of a BBS Finish.
A nice post shave finishing with the Pinaud Brandy spice, these also seem to suit my skin.
All very nice.

Another positive for me today, i have had my first Covid jab this morning, very professional at the health centre, in and out in minutes, it seems as if i have had a weight lifted as i was feeling a bit anxious surrounded by Kids for the last few months knowing there was help out there. Gladly you wait your turn and good things happen. Feeling fine at the moment.

Fuzzy Catcher Razor
GEM stainless steel blade
Klenzo brush with mixed knot
Williams Mug soap
Aqua Velva Ice Blue aftershave

   

First use of the Fuzzy Catcher razor and it produced a great shave.  For me it had a lot of blade feel which was just fine.  I did not find the blade stops to be a hinderance but did find that the lather did get stuck on the under side of the blade.  Not sure if that is a design or user issue.  All in all a really nice shave.

Not a deal breaker on my account.  It functions just fine the way it is, just has lather under blade after the shave.

I had a fair amount of hair stuck under the blade after the first shave. However on the second shave I just rinsed the razor more intentionally. Rinsing with the water going down under the spine of the blade from the back then a little on each side trying to get the water to flow under the blade. This seemed to do the trick. My water softener being fixed after the first shave may have had some effect too though. Previously nothing was rinsing well. Not sure how much that matterd though.

Boom, I'm in business again. It holds the blade at a location I can feel it slightly in a sweet spot that cuts. I would have had it a tad more forward but it work and I got a nice drama free shave although I doubt it will last all day as I like...

That was very cool that GAW9576 made those for you.  I experimented with the JB Weld nubs, but like you, I discovered I wanted to tweak the blade exposure.  I could have kept making different carrier blades with the nubs until I had it where I wanted it, but then I would eventually just change my mind.  I have no issues placing and keeping the Proline where I want it with a naked, blunted Enders Speed blade.  I learned that when I had problems with the blade shifting around while I was trying to slide the Enders behind it that the trick is to wet the blades.  When the blades are wet, the water has a little adhesive effect making this much easier.  I then use my thumbnail to prevent it from going to far out the front of the razor.  When you do this a few times, you can load this razor at least as fast as assembling a 3-piece razor.  I now eyeball where I want the exposure based on what I'm in the mood for.  This is a very efficient and comfortable razor at this point.
