As I promised I am starting a thread on making a handle for a Schick injector. The razor arrived today and cleaned up nice I think it is a G1? I was able to cut the walnut up. Also I found some pieces of red cedar. I used the cracked handle for a template and dimensions . I came up with 2 roughed out handles both are 1/4 " longer that the original. I will drill the holes for the tang next, and true up the wood to the ferrule.

Wish I has handy like that, but the the wife would put me to work.
Those are Shaping up nicely.

I got both handles drilled ,sanded to 220 grit . The walnut is standard length, the red cedar is 1/4 " longer .Next is attaching the handle and coating in the handle. Now for the hard part picking one

Easy. Just find another Schick with a broken handle and you don't have to pick between the two.

Those are very nice. What kind of finish have you chosen?
I am thinking min wax Tung oil ,and 2 part clear epoxy to attach the handle
Well its all done I picked the red cedar. There was no Tung oil at the local hardware store so I went with gloss polyurethane 5 coats came out nice and let it cure for a day. First shave was great. Thank you everyone for your help
